17.32.050 Removal of private easements.

If a private easement is created by plat, the procedure for removing such easement may follow the quick plat procedure provided the following criteria are met:
A. The vacation does not result in a violation of Chapter 17.56 FNSBC.
B. The vacation application shall be submitted with signatures of approval of all owners of the easement’s dominant estate(s). (Ord. 2024-12 § 3, 2024.)
