17.24.010 Minor amendments.
Where technical defects are discovered on a recorded subdivision plat, the correction of which would not alter lot acres, influence any change of ownership, drainage features, rights-of-way or any other item which, in the judgment of the Platting Officer, would not adversely affect any valid existing right, the Platting Officer may authorize the release of the plat from the recorder’s office provided the following are observed:
A. The request for release and amendment is executed by the surveyor who sealed the original plat; and
B. The request is made in a form approved by the recorder’s office for such purpose to be coauthorized and sealed by the Platting Officer; and
C. Duplicate original amended plats be provided to the Borough and to the City of Fairbanks or North Pole, if applicable. (Ord. 2005-10 § 2, 2005. 2004 Code § 17.30.110.)
