A. A person seeking a waiver of the final plat shall submit an application on a form provided for that purpose by the Borough. The application shall contain the following information:

1. A sketch complying with FNSBC 17.20.040(A) depicting the following:

a. Parcel to be subdivided;

b. Lots or tracts proposed;

c. Existing easements;

d. Proposed easements;

e. All adjoining parcels and rights-of-way.

2. Description and evidence of the legal and physical adequacy of the access depicted on the sketch.

B. Application must be accompanied by the following:

1. Written recommendations from affected agencies and municipalities or satisfactory evidence that they have received the preliminary sketch 10 working days prior to the application being submitted to the Platting Officer. Reviewing agencies shall have a maximum of 10 working days for their review and response;

2. Satisfactory proof of ownership or interest in the property;
