A. The fee charged for the review of a plat shall be nonrefundable.

B. The fee shall be paid in full when an application is submitted to the Division of Community Planning, except that local, state, and federal governments may be exempt from payment of such fees when subdividing property for a public purpose.

C. The fee schedule shall be posted in the Division of Community Planning and made available to the public. (Ord. 2005-10 § 2, 2005. 2004 Code § 17.10.060.)
