14.24.020 University West Street Light Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated as the “University West Street Light Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The University West Street Light Service Area shall provide electricity, maintenance and labor for operating street lights on public streets within its boundaries. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.230.)
