14.24.010 Ballaine Lake Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Ballaine Lake Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Ballaine Lake Service Area shall have the power to provide a sewage disposal and treatment system. (Ord. 2020-38 § 3, 2021; Ord. 85-069 § 2, 1985; Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.030.)
