14.20.050 Chena Goldstream Fire Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Chena Goldstream Fire Service Area,” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Chena Goldstream Fire Service Area shall have fire protection powers. (Ord. 85-027 § 2, 1985. 2004 Code § 14.08.900.)
