14.20.030 Ester Volunteer Fire Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated as the “Ester Volunteer Fire Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Ester Volunteer Fire Service Area shall have fire protection power. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.180.)
