14.16.770 Vienna Wood Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Vienna Wood Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Vienna Wood Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 84-21 § 2, 1984. 2004 Code § 14.08.840.)
