14.16.740 Salchaket Heights Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Salchaket Heights Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Salchaket Heights Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 84-68 § 2, 1984. 2004 Code § 14.08.810.)
