14.16.670 Miller Hill Extension Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Miller Hill Extension Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Miller Hill Extension Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 83-61 § 2, 1983. 2004 Code § 14.08.740.)
