14.16.620 Goldstream Moose Creek Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated as the “Goldstream Moose Creek Service Area” as shown on Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance codified in this section.
B. The Goldstream Moose Creek Service Area shall have road maintenance and construction powers. (Ord. 2003-82 §§ 2, 3, 2004; Ord. 83-50 § 2, 1983. 2004 Code § 14.08.700.)
