14.16.610 McGrath Estates Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “McGrath Estates Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The McGrath Estates Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 83-49 § 2, 1983. 2004 Code § 14.08.690.)
