14.16.590 Pleasureland Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Pleasureland Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Pleasureland Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 83-40 § 2, 1983. 2004 Code § 14.08.670.)
