14.16.500 Jones Road Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Jones Road Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Jones Road Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 82-34 § 2, 1982. 2004 Code § 14.08.570.)
