14.16.450 Twenty-Three Mile Slough Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Twenty-Three Mile Slough” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Twenty-Three Mile Slough Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 82-86 § 2, 1982. 2004 Code § 14.08.520.)
