14.16.400 Mt. View Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Mt. View Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Mt. View Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 82-8 § 2, 1982. 2004 Code § 14.08.470.)
