14.16.390 Goldstream-Alaska Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Goldstream-Alaska Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Goldstream-Alaska Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 82-6 § 2, 1982. 2004 Code § 14.08.460.)
