14.16.360 Parksridge Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Parksridge Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Parksridge Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 81-99 § 2, 1982. 2004 Code § 14.08.430.)
