14.16.250 Tungsten Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Tungsten Service Area” as shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Tungsten Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 83-7 § 2, 1983. 2004 Code § 14.08.330.)
