A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Aztec Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.

B. The Aztec Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.310.)
