14.16.150 Chena Spur Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated the “Chena Spur Service Area,” including that portion of the Borough shown on the corresponding map in the Clerk’s office.
B. The Chena Spur Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance power. (Ord. 81-22 § 2, 1981. 2004 Code § 14.08.190.)
