14.16.1080 Drake Estates Service Area – Creation and powers.

A. There is established a service area within the Borough designated as the “Drake Estates Service Area,” as shown on Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance codified in this section.
B. Drake Estates Service Area shall have road construction and maintenance powers. (Ord. 2002-55 § 2, 2002. 2004 Code § 14.08.1160.)
