A. There is established the “Chena Point Road Service Area” to include Tax Lot 2100, Section 1, T1N, R1W, Chena Point Heights Subdivision, and the east-west segment of Shypoke Drive in Section 22, as shown on Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance codified in this section.

B. The boundaries of the Chena Marina Service Area are altered to exclude the east-west segment of Shypoke Drive in Section 22 that is included in the Chena Point Road Service Area in subsection (A) of this section. The Clerk of the Assembly shall adjust the official map to reflect this alteration. (Ord. 97-059 §§ 2, 3, 1997. 2004 Code §§ 14.08.1140, 14.08.1145.)
