12.12.010 Street and road maintenance.

The road service area shall maintain only those roads within areas where it has acquired the road maintenance powers which:
A. Are public roads either by dedication, public use, grant or other proper designation; and
B. Are constructed and used for year-round automotive access or meet the applicable FNSBC Title 17 standard. Roads maintained pursuant to this subsection, other than for a road constructed pursuant to the applicable FNSBC Title 17 standard, must be submitted in writing to the Department of Public Works by the commission of the road service area.
