As used in this chapter:
The “Alaska Traffic Manual” means the current edition of the Alaska Traffic Manual prepared by the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities. (Ord. 2016-40 § 62, 2016; Ord. 88-024 § 2, 1988. 2004 Code § 12.02.020.)
